UPS Worldwide Express Saver

• Please allow a 24 hour time period for credit clearance.

• Guaranteed door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 215 countries and is guaranteed to reach most regions within 1 to 5 business days after dispatch (one and two day delivery to many areas).
• 'Worldwide Express Saver' is not available to some select countries. If this service is not available to your area the order will automatically be sent via the next fastest option, 'Worldwide Expedited'.

UPS Worldwide Expedited (Economy)

• Guaranteed door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to 61 countries. Is only available to some countries where the express delivery option is excessively high.

UPS Standard to Canada

P.O. Box, Military and Armed Forces Addresses

We specialize in delivery to box and armed forces addresses through the US Postal Service (USPS). To have your order sent to a box or military address please choose one of our US Postal Service options (such as USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail).

If your order is to be delivered to an APO or FPO Military Address please:

1. Select United States from the "Country" field, and then
2. Select the appropriate base (AA, AE or AO) from the "State" field.
3. If you have any concerns or special requirements please mention these in the additional comments box.

We send many orders to military bases around the world, and are happy to assist with any special requirements that you have. The product is listed as a "Personal Care Item" for customs purposes.

Weekend Delivery

All delivery services quoted on our Web Site apply to business days only. However, this simple guide will help you to select the best delivery option when ordering late in the week:

• UPS options listed on our site do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
• The US Postal Service (USPS) options may deliver on a Saturday.

Signature Requirements

The following services require a signature at the time of delivery.

• UPS Ground (signature requested for privacy)
• UPS Next Day
• US Postal Service - Express Mail
• Registered Royal Mail
• Internationally Signed Mail

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will normally be left allowing you to make arrangements with the delivery company to collect your parcel.

If you do not want a signature to be required please request this in the "additional comments" box on the online order form.

Although we will do everything possible to instruct the delivery company of your specific requests, it is ultimately at the discretion of the driver whether a signature is required. This decision relates mostly to safety and theft concerns.
