Can I get Overnight or Rush Delivery?

Yes, if you want your order to arrive in the quickest time possible choose one of our rush delivery options such as USPS Express, UPS Next Business Day or UPS Worldwide Express. Please allow 24 hours for payment processing, delivery times are quoted as business days and do not allow for weekends.

The US Postal Service (USPS) may deliver on Saturdays to many locations, so we recommend choosing options sent by this service when ordering on Thursday evening or Friday.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Dynamiclear specialize in fast and private shipping no matter where in the world you live!

Dynamiclear have warehouses in New York (near Buffalo), Northern Ireland in the UK and in Cairns and Sydney Australia. All orders are automatically sent out from a Dynamiclear center closest to you. This makes your delivery local, cost-effective and fast.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary depending on your destination and the service that you choose.
For orders within the US the standard delivery time is 2 to 7 working days.

Next business day and rush delivery services are also available if you need your products more urgently. These services range from between 1 to 5 working days.

For a shipping estimate of time and cost to your area add the Products you would like to purchase into your Shopping Cart and proceed to the checkout. Here you can use our Shipping Estimator to calculate the exact cost and time based on your location and the items purchased.

Do I need to sign for the parcel?

Generally we not require a signature on delivery unless you request it at the time of ordering. There is a check box on the checkout page if you would like to choose this as a preference.

However please note that expedited delivery options (such as USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Business Day and UPS World Wide Express) generally do require a signature upon delivery.

Although we make every effort to make sure any special requests are fulfilled, in some cases a delivery driver may still request a signature for these special services if they feel uncomfortable leaving the parcel without one.

Is the parcel private and discreet?

Absolutely. All Dynamiclear orders are treated with care and confidentiality from the moment your request is made until the finished package arrives at your destination. The words "Dynamiclear" or "herpes" are not mentioned on the parcel or label. Many different products, including perfume and software, are dispatched from the same warehouse which makes your purchase a completely anonymous one.

How do I order from an APO or FPO Military address?

When you fill out your order select United States as the "Country" and your base from the "State" field. This will ensure you are shown only the delivery options that apply to military bases.

Can I buy Dynamiclear in stores?

Dynamiclear is currently available over the counter at local pharmacies and stores in Australia, where Dynamiclear was founded. We are working hard to have Dynamiclear distributed through pharmacies and stores worldwide as soon as possible.

In the meantime, your order can be shipped quickly and inexpensively from one of our warehouses nearest to you. All US and Canadian orders are sent direct from New York (near Buffalo).
